Spectators: 10300 (Terracing: 7725, Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Talip Ağaoğlu started the match with the kick off. Trenton McGraw came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Turkey's Talip Ağaoğlu. But to his dismay, Talip Ağaoğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, Turkey's Seçkin Suavi got control of the ball when Dennis Kinsey tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 9 minutes Turkey's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jorge Bartley who took care of the corner kick. In the 13th minute, Talip Ağaoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Trenton McGraw. USA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Trenton McGraw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talip Ağaoğlu in the 17th minute of the match. The corner ended in Oğuzer Akdoruk almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but USA's Trenton McGraw did a great save. With a little luck, Turkey's Seçkin Suavi got control of the ball when Dennis Kinsey tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the game, Garrett Smalls threw the ball into play from the sideline. Turkey's Akşemseddin Sergen quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 25th minute Turkey were awarded a corner. Oğuzer Akdoruk went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Oğuzer Akdoruk got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Trenton McGraw quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After having played for 28 minutes, Talip Ağaoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Turkey's supporters crossed their fingers, but Talip Ağaoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 30 minutes into the match, Talip Ağaoğlu notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of USA's Trenton McGraw. Trenton McGraw was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 34 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Pascal Hebert. A sloppy throw-in by Garrett Smalls in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Turkey's Akşemseddin Sergen. Seçkin Suavi made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Dennis Kinsey sent off a good shot on target. 40 minutes into the game, Dennis Kinsey recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Seçkin Suavi. Dennis Kinsey showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Trenton McGraw showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Talip Ağaoğlu in the 45th minute of the match. Seçkin Suavi made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Dennis Kinsey sent off a good shot on target.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascal Hebert to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes in the game, Dennis Kinsey dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Turkey's Akşemseddin Sergen quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Garrett Smalls, made in the 53rd minute of the game. Trenton McGraw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talip Ağaoğlu in the 55th minute of play. In the 56thth minute of the game Dennis Kinsey who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Turkey's Seçkin Suavi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 58 minutes of play, Turkey's Talip Ağaoğlu made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Trenton McGraw was left in no man's land by his defense there! Seçkin Suavi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dennis Kinsey in the 60th minute of play. Turkey's Seçkin Suavi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dennis Kinsey in the 62nd minute of play. When Pascal Hebert came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pascal Hebert couldn't finish the play. Trenton McGraw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Talip Ağaoğlu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Talip Ağaoğlu scored 1-5 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Trenton McGraw, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. USA made a substitution. Jeffrey Blackman replaced Rigoberto Redding. When USA's Pascal Hebert in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Turkey's goalie prevented a goal. USA's Trenton McGraw proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save USA from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Trevor Dolan in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Seçkin Suavi saved Turkey from getting behind. When the match clock showed 96 minutes, the score became 2-6 when Trevor Dolan sped through Turkey's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Seçkin Suavi.

The Turkey supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Turkey would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
