Sebastian Wist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U21 Italy. Frank Ascani did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Sebastian Wist 81 minutes into the match. Frank Ascani might have been able to make a better finish in the 88th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Wist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Ascani ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Wist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ercole De Palma, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Frank Ascani in the 95thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastian Wist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
