Seating: 2369, VIP seats: 206) Canada's Stevie Méthot started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 4 played minutes France got a freekick which was hit by Eliott Moles. Thomas Arnaud made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Riley Teague sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, France's Thomas Arnaud got control of the ball when Riley Teague tried to sneak it across the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by France's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stevie Méthot was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Stevie Méthot got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thomas Arnaud quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Thomas Arnaud was out of position in the 17 minute of play, and Stevie Méthot capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Stevie Méthot really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. When France's Théophile Demory in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Canada's goalie prevented a goal. France's Eliott Moles managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ned Harding in the 22 minute of the game. A collision led to Canada getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Riley Teague hit a great ball. After taking down the ball on France's corner Florentin Saada fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hilario Gunter quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, France's Florentin Saada got a free kick in the 31st minute. Thomas Arnaud made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Riley Teague sent off a good shot on target. Patrice Larue struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Hilario Gunter didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for France. A sloppy throw-in by Ned Harding in the 36th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by France's Eliott Moles. 37 minutes into the match, France's goalkeeper Thomas Arnaud had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Riley Teague. Canada were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after France's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stevie Méthot took the corner. Thomas Arnaud made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Riley Teague sent off a good shot on target. France's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Riley Teague scored to the left of an out of position Thomas Arnaud, making the score, 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
Paris Witt kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Théophile Demory recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. France's Thomas Arnaud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Riley Teague in the 69th minute of play. Thomas Arnaud showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Riley Teague, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Hilario Gunter made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Théophile Demory sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in France's zone, Riley Teague stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomas Arnaud came out of the goal and Riley Teague tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. France's Thomas Arnaud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stevie Méthot in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute, Donald Ducke ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hilario Gunter was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Hilario Gunter was out of position in the 90 minute of play, and Théophile Demory capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Théophile Demory really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. In the 93rd minute, Donald Ducke fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. When France's Théophile Demory, in the 93rd minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for France. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
