The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdelnacer Haddadj to make the kick off. Andrew Colt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdelnacer Haddadj, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After taking down the ball on MZ Country's corner Ali Mansouri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Andrew Colt quite easily take care of the ball. Andrew Colt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelnacer Haddadj in the 54th minute of play. The MZ Country fans cheered their team off the field, for while Northern Ireland had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
