When Kuwait's Ayoob Al Dabos in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Andorra's goalie prevented a goal. After 11 minutes Andorra's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Maitham Al Najdi who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Kuwait's corner Maitham Al Najdi fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Mickey Bailey quite easily take care of the ball. With a little luck, Kuwait's Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize got control of the ball when Lucas Fornes tried to sneak it across the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Andorra's goal looked a bit too open when Abdul Aziz Hayat came free, but Mickey Bailey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kuwait's Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Fornes in the 25th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdul Aziz Hayat in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mickey Bailey saved Andorra from getting behind. Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dale Waller in the 33rd minute. Kuwait were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Andorra's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maitham Al Najdi took the corner. The corner ended in Maitham Al Najdi almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Andorra's Mickey Bailey did a great save. Eddie Vedder hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lucas Fornes to make the kick off. Toby Webster kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdul Aziz Hayat in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mickey Bailey saved Andorra from getting behind. In the 58th minute Dale Waller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Waller went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Abdul Rahman Al Khobaize showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Fornes in the 62nd minute of the match. 62 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Andorra's Lucas Fornes fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Abdul Aziz Hayat's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Mickey Bailey skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abdul Aziz Hayat in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mickey Bailey saved Andorra from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Abdul Aziz Hayat in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mickey Bailey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Abdul Aziz Hayat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kuwait made a substitution. Abdul Mohsen Dehrab replaced Maitham Al Najdi. Mickey Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdul Aziz Hayat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdul Aziz Hayats short, quick shot in the 79thth minute got Mickey Bailey to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ayoob Al Dabos got free with Mickey Bailey in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Walter Amos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Qutaiba Taqi in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mickey Bailey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sobah Al Ramzi might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mickey Bailey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sobah Al Ramzi ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the match, Andorra's goalkeeper Mickey Bailey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sobah Al Ramzi.
