Said Kermali stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boyde Minne's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. The Australia fans' excitement grew in the 7th match minute when Australia's Boyde Minne looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Liamine Touhami succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 12th playminute. With a little luck, Australia's Edwardo Devere got control of the ball when Liamine Touhami tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edwardo Devere took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Sifi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Said Kermali stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boyde Minne's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. In the 18th minute Australia were awarded a corner. Murdock Rizzardo went to the cornerflag to take it. 20 minutes into the match, Australia's goalkeeper Edwardo Devere had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liamine Touhami. Australia's Edwardo Devere played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdellah Medjadi Ouyahia in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boyde Minne in the 27th minute of play forced MZ Country's goalkeeper Said Kermali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Australia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Murdock Rizzardo in the 28th minute. Said Sifi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Edwardo Devere made a huge save. In the 32nd minute Said Sifi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edwardo Devere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liamine Touhami in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edwardo Devere, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. MZ Country's Said Sifi got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Said Kermali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boyde Minne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Australia were awarded a corner in the 42th minute after MZ Country's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Murdock Rizzardo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Australia's corner Murdock Rizzardo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Said Kermali quite easily take care of the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Liamine Touhami was the one to do the kick off. After 51st play minutes Boyde Minne shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Said Kermali and just under the crossbar into goal. 57 minutes into the match, Australia's goal looked a bit too open when Liamine Touhami came free, but Edwardo Devere reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Boyde Minne might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Said Kermali. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boyde Minne ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpected shot in the 59th minute by Boyde Minne got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Australia's Roger Miller was substituted for Eliot Didlock. Edwardo Devere showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Said Sifi in the 67th minute of the match. Said Kermali took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boyde Minne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MZ Country made a substitution. Farès Kourichi replaced Ali Mansouri. MZ Country's Hameur Merah was substituted for Abdellah Medjadi Ouyahia. Boyde Minne could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Said Kermali made a huge save. When MZ Country's Liamine Touhami in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a left leg Edwardo Devere saved Australia from getting behind. After 80 minutes of play, MZ Country's Farès Kourichi made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edwardo Devere was left in no man's land by his defense there! 3-4 became the score in the 82nd minute when Liamine Touhami elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to MZ Country getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Rabah Harkat hit a great ball. After 87 played minutes Australia got a freekick which was hit by Boyde Minne. The supporters of Australia booed when MZ Country was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Liamine Touhami didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Murdock Rizzardo in the 94th minute of play forced MZ Country's goalkeeper Said Kermali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The MZ Country supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Australia's performance. The match ended with a win for Australia.
