In the 2nd match minute, FC Liverpool was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dochko Tzúrvenkov to maneuver through the defense. If Denys Lelyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Argyris Loukoumakis made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denys Lelyuk in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Real Madryt's goalkeeper Ostap Barylko, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 11th minute, Velcho Tzintzov left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Liverpool fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 0-2 became the score in the 14th minute when Velcho Tzintzov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. 17 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's goalkeeper Argyris Loukoumakis had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denys Lelyuk. 19 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's Stoyadin Kaloyanchev sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ostap Barylko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paun Haydushki hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Mao Yu Han got a throw-in 25 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Orest Syvukha. 顾榕珂 charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed 顾榕珂 the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Liverpool booed when Real Madryt was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. 顾榕珂 didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Velcho Tzintzov managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Liverpool's supporters rose to their feet, but Velcho Tzintzov was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ostap Barylko breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ostap Barylko came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Liverpool's Velcho Tzintzov. But to his dismay, Velcho Tzintzov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. 34 minutes into the game, FC Liverpool's Velcho Tzintzov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ostap Barylko made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. In the 40th minute, Velcho Tzintzov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ostap Barylko was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Ostap Barylko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Velcho Tzintzov in the 43rd minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Liverpool defense, 顾榕珂 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Argyris Loukoumakis. The FC Liverpool fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Argyris Loukoumakis should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Velcho Tzintzov to make the kick off. The supporters of Real Madryt booed when FC Liverpool was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stancho Gelovski didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Liverpool's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dochko Tzúrvenkov in the 75th minute. 77 minutes into the match, FC Liverpool's Velcho Tzintzov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ostap Barylko narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ostap Barylko made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Velcho Tzintzov sent off a good shot on target. In the 88th minute, FC Liverpool's Velcho Tzintzov ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ostap Barylko. Ostap Barylko yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Velcho Tzintzov took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ostap Barylko. Ostap Barylko dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-9. When the final whistle sounded FC Liverpool left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Real Madryt.
