Oliver Bergqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Dziewulski, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mårten Abrahamsson got free with Oliver Bergqvist in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lech Dziewulski to make the kick off. Henry Vestlund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oliver Bergqvist having to interfere. After 85 minutes of play, LEEDS UNITED FC's August Ryberg made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The Melchester Rovers fans cheered their team off the field, for while LEEDS UNITED FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
