The crowd rose to their feet as Eusebiu Curea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Martin Rito. That made the score 1-4 in the 91 minute of play. The supporters of C. A. BELGRANO booed when Balavanis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mevlüt Uğurata didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Balavanis eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
