Albiceleste F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Börge Eliasson scored to the left of an out of position Baldomiro Lain, making the score, 1-0. Kind of Blue's Samuel Termander got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 12 minutes into the game, Calle Skog was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kind of Blue's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Albiceleste F.C. the free kick. Kind of Blue's Ingvar Bivall suffered a sore thigh after 14 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Carmelo Faro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Claes Ekström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernando Dino in the 18th minute of play. A collision led to Kind of Blue getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Rasmus Lindberg hit a great ball. 22 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Samuel Termander came free, but Baldomiro Lain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samuel Termander in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomiro Lain saved Albiceleste F.C. from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Lain had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mark Lundberg. When Lars-Erik Sundström, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 32 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Baldomiro Lain was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Mark Lundberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The ball went over the crossbar instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fernando Dino to make the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Albiceleste F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Lars-Erik Sundström came free, but Baldomiro Lain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars-Erik Sundström in the 58th minute of play forced Albiceleste F.C.'s goalkeeper Baldomiro Lain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Ekström having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Severo Martinez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baldomiro Lain dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After a defensive mix-up in Albiceleste F.C.'s zone, Börge Eliasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Baldomiro Lain came out of the goal and Börge Eliasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st match minute, Albiceleste F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Silvino to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Samuel Termander in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baldomiro Lain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 96 played minutes Fernando Dino rounded Kind of Blue's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 4-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Kind of Blue fans cheered their team off the field, for while Albiceleste F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
