Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Martijn Bijl started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Martijn Bijl in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ewout Colpaert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lions United's Ewout Colpaert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martijn Bijl in the 10th minute of play. SiCco Beerschot's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Yanis Van Beylen scored to the left of an out of position Jacob Hauvers, making the score, 1-1. Yanis Verduyckt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jacob Hauvers tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, SiCco Beerschot was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Orlo to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match Cedrik Van Clijnenbreugel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jacob Hauvers showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Lukas van Bronckhorst put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Ewout Colpaert. 33 minutes into the match, SiCco Beerschot's goal looked a bit too open when Floris Frans came free, but Jacob Hauvers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Fredriksson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ewout Colpaert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. Ewout Colpaert came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by SiCco Beerschot's Lukas van Bronckhorst. But to his dismay, Lukas van Bronckhorst quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. Lukas van Bronckhorst scored 1-4 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ewout Colpaert, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Martijn Bijl in the 45th minute of play forced Lions United's goalkeeper Ewout Colpaert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 1-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Floris Frans made the kick off in the second half. Martijn Bijl took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ewout Colpaert. Ewout Colpaert dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. In the 56th minute, Martijn Bijl made a precise shot to the right of Ewout Colpaert. Lions United's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Cedrik Van Clijnenbreugel hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute of the match, Martijn Bijl got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ewout Colpaert was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 62 minutes into the match, Lions United's goal looked a bit too open when Raimundo Orlo came free, but Ewout Colpaert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ewout Colpaert made an important save on a dangerous shot by Martijn Bijl in the 63rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Guido Vercasteren in the 65th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by SiCco Beerschot's Meindert Lemmen. 65 minutes into the game, SiCco Beerschot's Meindert Lemmen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ewout Colpaert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-7. After 68 played minutes Lions United got a freekick which was hit by Sven Volle. Marc Schattenberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Ewout Colpaert made a huge save. In the 74th minute, SiCco Beerschot's Martijn Bijl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-9. SiCco Beerschot's Casper Koekkoek was substituted for Alexander Norberg. With an all-out effort, SiCco Beerschot's Ewout Colpaert threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Martijn Bijl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ewout Colpaert showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martijn Bijl in the 85th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, SiCco Beerschot's goal looked a bit too open when Yanis Van Beylen came free, but Jacob Hauvers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
