Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ye Hong got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Ye Hong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacek Malewicz. Śląsk Katowice's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ye Hong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ye Hong got free with Jacek Malewicz in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Waclaw Chmelyk hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ye Hong in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jacek Malewicz saved Śląsk Katowice from getting behind. 14 minutes into the game, Ye Hong cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jacek Malewicz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 18th minute, Ye Hong made a precise shot to the right of Jacek Malewicz. Śląsk Katowice's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 22nd minute, AFK Petržalka's Ye Hong ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacek Malewicz. Jacek Malewicz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. In the 25th minute, Ye Hong reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacek Malewicz. The goal made the score 5-0. 28 minutes into the game, AFK Petržalka's Ye Hong nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacek Malewicz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-0. Ye Hong received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jacek Malewicz came out and tried to block the shot, but Ye Hong slotted it home off the left post making it 7-0 in the 33rd minute. 38 minutes into the match, Śląsk Katowice's goalkeeper Jacek Malewicz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ye Hong. After having played for 41 minutes, Ye Hong managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AFK Petržalka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ye Hong was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 44th minute Izydor Burdalski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bixente Morio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ye Hong sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waclaw Chmelyk to make the kick off. Śląsk Katowice's Jacek Malewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Hong in the 54th minute of play. AFK Petržalka's Pavol Bajer managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bernard Puchlik in the 55 minute of the game. 55 minutes into the game, Pavol Bajer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AFK Petržalka's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Śląsk Katowice the free kick. A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Pavol Bajer hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ye Hong in the 60th minute of play forced Śląsk Katowice's goalkeeper Jacek Malewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of AFK Petržalka booed when Śląsk Katowice was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Amaral didn't get a good kick on the ball. Śląsk Katowice's Jacek Malewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Hong in the 63rd minute of play. Jacek Malewicz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ye Hong in the 65th minute of the match. Śląsk Katowice's Jacek Malewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ye Hong in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the match, Ye Hong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacek Malewicz. Lu Zhi Qi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lu Zhi Qi in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacek Malewicz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Śląsk Katowice's Jurand Michalski was substituted for Szymon Piechocki. After some careless play in the Śląsk Katowice defense, Lu Zhi Qi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacek Malewicz. The Śląsk Katowice fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacek Malewicz should have stopped the shot. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Śląsk Katowice's goalkeeper Jacek Malewicz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Boğaç Han hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. 95 minutes had been played when some careless play by AFK Petržalka's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jan Awizo was slow to take the kick. During this time Śląsk Katowice's players had a chance to rest. When the referee ended the match the AFK Petržalka players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
