Filiberto Bittor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Luisiana's goalkeeper Filiberto Bittor had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arsenio Eli. If Luisito Matro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arsenio Eli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Filiberto Bittor made a huge save. Agustin Quintana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Filiberto Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Agustin Quintana in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Filiberto Bittor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With his leg Filiberto Bittor managed to avoid a goal in the 24thth minute, when Lagunillas F.C.'s Arsenio Eli fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 29 played minutes Luisiana got a freekick which was hit by Epifanio Micael. Agustin Quintana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Filiberto Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Agustin Quintana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Luisiana's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Quintana came free, but Filiberto Bittor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arsenio Eli didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 1-1 via right post in the game's 41st minute. Lagunillas F.C.'s supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! Lagunillas F.C.'s Agustin Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Agustin Quintana might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filiberto Bittor. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lagunillas F.C.'s Celso Ongile suffered a concussion after 70 minutes and had to leave the field. Edgard Flor charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Filiberto Bittor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arsenio Eli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisiana's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Matro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Arsenio Eli notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Luisiana's Filiberto Bittor. Filiberto Bittor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Arsenio Eli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Luisiana's Filiberto Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arsenio Eli in the 93rd minute of play. Hermengildo Rioja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Lehen in the 95th minute of play. Luisito Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Lagunillas F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while Luisiana had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
