Erasmo Txanton was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Erasmo Txanton showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Erasmo Txanton made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Arsenio Eli sent off a good shot on target. In the 41st minute, CERRO TORRE's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Agustin Quintana fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Agustin Quintana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Erasmo Txanton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Ongile charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Lagunillas F.C.'s Agustin Quintana got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Lagunillas F.C. booed when CERRO TORRE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcial Montrel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcial Montrel's late challenge caught a Lagunillas F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marcial Montrel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 94th minute, Marcial Montrel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. There was no doubt that Lagunillas F.C. were the better team. Lagunillas F.C.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
