Spectators: 6657 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Reynaldo Ted started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Remadores FC booed when Serrezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo George didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carmelo Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fernan Beliran in the 6th minute of play. If Luisito Ospin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Astor Joseph might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carmelo Adrio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Astor Joseph ran back to his position shaking his head. Carmelo Adrio came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Remadores FC's Astor Joseph. But to his dismay, Astor Joseph quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After having played for 21 minutes, Genaro Tebaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Serrezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Genaro Tebaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Tebaldo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Luisito Ospin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Dionisio Urti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luisito Ospin was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 41st minute, Luisito Ospin had to leave the field with a concussion. When Godofredo Sol fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Remadores FC's protests and gave Godofredo Sol a yellow card for diving instead. When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Serrezuela's Angelino Todor got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Dionisio Urti. After a rather tough play, Serrezuela's Jorge Beturian got a free kick in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Genaro Tebaldo to make the kick off. When Astor Joseph came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Remadores FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Joseph couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Serrezuela's Carmelo Adrio got control of the ball when Astor Joseph tried to sneak it across the goal line. Reynaldo Ted fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Adrio having to interfere. If Astor Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Remadores FC's Reynaldo Ted got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 73rd minute, Reynaldo Ted got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Serrezuela's Carmelo Adrio got control of the ball when Astor Joseph tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 85th minute, Reynaldo Ted got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
