Jorge Vivaldo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Esteban Quirce fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karol Wolnik having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervasio Jago in the 18th minute of play forced Club Atlético las 8y8's goalkeeper Jorge Vivaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Atlético las 8y8's Jorge Vivaldo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Vino in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Leo Rexino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jorge Vivaldo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Esteban Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 35 minutes of play, Club Atlético las 8y8's Edward Håkansson made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karol Wolnik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edward Håkansson to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Edward Håkansson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Karol Wolnik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edward Håkansson in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karol Wolnik prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edward Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th minute Edward Håkansson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karol Wolnik saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético las 8y8's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Tomás Vino 78 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-4. Karol Wolnik came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético las 8y8's Esteban Quirce. But to his dismay, Esteban Quirce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-4. Club Atlético las 8y8's Esteban Quirce got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leo Rexino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 91 minutes into the match, Club Atlético las 8y8's goalkeeper Jorge Vivaldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Velko Tanovski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomás Vino in the 93rd minute of play forced Club Atlético las 8y8's goalkeeper Jorge Vivaldo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Esteban Quirce struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Karol Wolnik didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atlético las 8y8. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
