An unexpectedly hard shot by Hieronim Gongolewicz in the 11th minute of play forced fido's goalkeeper Torgny Liljeström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ivan Holmgren received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Per-Arne Mårtensson came out and tried to block the shot, but Ivan Holmgren slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 12th minute. Harry Engström hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Nils Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 21 minutes into the match, Lavsjön IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Ivan Holmgren came free, but Per-Arne Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lavsjön IFK's Per-Arne Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Holmgren in the 23rd minute of play. Per-Arne Mårtensson came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by fido's Karl Ekström. But to his dismay, Karl Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Adrian Ström made in the 28th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Harry Engström immediately put the ball in play. The supporters of Lavsjön IFK booed when fido was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vincent Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes fido got a freekick which was hit by Åke Grep. After a rather tough play, Lavsjön IFK's Leif Torsberg got a free kick in the 45th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Linus Rolfsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Per-Arne Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Holmgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Per-Arne Mårtensson came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by fido's Karl Ekström. But to his dismay, Karl Ekström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After a rather tough play, Lavsjön IFK's 周风迅 got a free kick in the 59th minute. Lavsjön IFK's Per-Arne Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Holmgren in the 60th minute of play. Hieronim Gongolewicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl Ekström in the 63rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Arne Mårtensson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Adrian Ström kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. Per-Arne Mårtensson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl Ekström, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. fido were awarded a corner in the 68th minute after Lavsjön IFK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Filip Fristedt took the corner. Per-Arne Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Ekström in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Harry Engström during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Per-Arne Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Ekström in the 73rd minute of the match. Karl Ekström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Arne Mårtensson having to interfere. Lavsjön IFK's Leif Torsberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Torgny Liljeström in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Karl Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Per-Arne Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There was no doubt that fido were the better team. fido's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
