The coaching staff of Karpaty Lviv protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Vladyslav Zalizko had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 3 minutes into the game, one of Karpaty Lviv:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 1-0 came through a penalty shot after 5 played minutes, when Real Madryt:s Mao Yu Han calmly waited for Karpaty Lviv:s goalkeeper to move before he rolled in the ball by the right post. Eduard Stus was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Yan Cheng Yu showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 8 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Karpaty Lviv's zone, 顾榕珂 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eduard Stus came out of the goal and 顾榕珂 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Denys Lelyuk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th minute Denys Lelyuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Stus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eduard Stus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denys Lelyuk in the 17th minute of the match. The supporters of Real Madryt booed when Karpaty Lviv was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuriy Budnyk didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th minute Denys Lelyuk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduard Stus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Denys Lelyuk got free with Eduard Stus in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Denys Lelyuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduard Stus having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 24 minutes, Eduard Stus successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denys Lelyuk in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eduard Stus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Denys Lelyuk took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduard Stus. Eduard Stus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. A collision led to Karpaty Lviv getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Artur Stargorodsjkyi hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anatoliy Karmalita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Karpaty Lviv's Eduard Stus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by 顾榕珂 in the 55th minute of play. 56 minutes into the game, Matviy Krayivsjkyi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karpaty Lviv's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Real Madryt the free kick. After a rather tough play, Karpaty Lviv's Matviy Krayivsjkyi got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 57th minute, Denys Lelyuk left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Madryt fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 66 minutes into the match, Karpaty Lviv's goal looked a bit too open when Victor Cucerzan came free, but Eduard Stus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 73 minutes of play, Real Madryt's 顾榕珂 made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduard Stus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Denys Lelyuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Eduard Stus having to make a save. Eduard Stus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Denys Lelyuk in the 80th minute of the match. Denys Lelyuk succeeded in the game's 84th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 7-0. 88 minutes into the match, Denys Lelyuk notched a goal, 8-0, to the right of Karpaty Lviv's Eduard Stus. Eduard Stus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 91 minutes of play, Real Madryt's Denys Lelyuk made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eduard Stus was left in no man's land by his defense there! Victor Cucerzan hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. When 顾榕珂 came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Real Madryt fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that 顾榕珂 couldn't finish the play. 97 minutes into the match, Denys Lelyuk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eduard Stus. Karpaty Lviv's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Denys Lelyuk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Real Madryt had won after a very even match.
