The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to CLUB ATLETICO BATAN getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Osvaldo Txurio hit a great ball. Jonathan Cheche came free in the 6th minute and tried to tip the ball over Saul Tiniebra, but to the joy of CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's supporters the ball went over. Melquiades Dunixi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amadeo Ganix in the 11th minute of the match. Paulino Joachim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jaime Mikelar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Estacion2011's Melquiades Dunixi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Piearres in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Jaime Mikelar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gilberto Valery hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Amadeo Ganix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Dunixi having to interfere. 31 minutes into the game, CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's Amadeo Ganix nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Dunixi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Estacion2011's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 35th minute of the game, when Gilberto Valery after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's goal. Gilberto Valery was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Jaime Mikelar managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Mikelar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Dunixi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 38 minutes into the game, Eustacio Piearres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Melquiades Dunixi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute, Jaime Mikelar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Paulino Joachim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Dunixi having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Mikelar to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Estacion2011's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Ganix came free, but Melquiades Dunixi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of CLUB ATLETICO BATAN booed when Estacion2011 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Milian didn't get a good kick on the ball. CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's Jaime Mikelar shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 57th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Melquiades Dunixi but with some difficulty. Melquiades Dunixi was a little too slow when Amadeo Ganix got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 60th minute. The score was now 0-3. In the 63rd minute, Jaime Mikelar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Melquiades Dunixi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Paulino Joachim fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Dunixi having to interfere. Eustacio Piearres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melquiades Dunixi having to interfere. If Paulino Joachim had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Eustacio Piearres managed to get in a good position for a shot. CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustacio Piearres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Dunixi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tomas Milian made in the 78th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Agustin Romildo however managed to control. Estacion2011's Melquiades Dunixi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Joachim in the 81st minute of play. After a rather tough play, CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's Osvaldo Txurio got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Amadeo Ganix received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Melquiades Dunixi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Melquiades Dunixi came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's Jaime Mikelar. But to his dismay, Jaime Mikelar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. Melquiades Dunixi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulino Joachim, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. CLUB ATLETICO BATAN's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
