Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Tjorven Heremans started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jason Huygens in the 12th minute of play forced Selebi-Phikwe's goalkeeper Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Tjorven Heremans recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Tom Nelleboedske. Tjorven Heremans showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. In the 21st minute, Isidoor De Messemaeckre ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, Selebi-Phikwe's Andris Buyck got a free kick in the 25th minute. Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoor De Messemaeckre in the 36th minute of the match. Herve Van den Panhuizen kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Wart Koninckx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh having to interfere. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Isidoor De Messemaeckre made the kick off in the second half. Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Isidoor De Messemaeckre sent off a good shot on target. Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoor De Messemaeckre in the 55th minute of the match. Selebi-Phikwe's Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Selebi-Phikwe from getting a goal against them. In the 65thth minute of the game Isidoor De Messemaeckre who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Selebi-Phikwe's Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 71 minutes into the match, Selebi-Phikwe's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoor De Messemaeckre came free, but Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Selebi-Phikwe's Tjorven Heremans got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 83rd minute, Isidoor De Messemaeckre made a precise shot to the right of Willem-Alexander van Hagenborgh. Selebi-Phikwe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. VM HOPVELDEN's Isidoor De Messemaeckre got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee gave Selebi-Phikwe a penalty, 97 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Andris Buyck, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of VM HOPVELDEN's Tom Nelleboedske. 2-3. The Selebi-Phikwe fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. VM HOPVELDEN were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
