Eusko Botella tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tomi Hesa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vermudo Lavijo struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Umbruso Cimbron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fagundez FC. Vermudo Lavijo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Umbruso Cimbron having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Egana AFC's goalkeeper Umbruso Cimbron had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicollao Carradelo. If Tomi Hesa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusko Botella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ysidro Plata in the 32nd minute of the match. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vermudo Lavijo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Honesto Teijeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Egana AFC's Ysidro Plata got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicollao Carradelo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. In the 75th minute, Tomi Hesa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Egana AFC booed when Fagundez FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Crescencio Orsini didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomi Hesa in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eusko Botella saved Fagundez FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Nicollao Carradelo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fagundez FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicollao Carradelo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Umbruso Cimbron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Vermudo Lavijo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusko Botella made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ysidro Plata in the 95th minute.
