C.'s Pedro Romo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Felix Tiniebra narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 13 minutes into the match, C.A. Momo Sampler's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Bilintx came free, but Felix Tiniebra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Americo Dalmau fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gonzalo Fidele having to interfere. When Americo Dalmau came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the C.A. Momo Sampler fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Americo Dalmau couldn't finish the play. 23 minutes into the match, C.A. Momo Sampler's goal looked a bit too open when Orlando Bilintx came free, but Felix Tiniebra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute Orlando Bilintx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felix Tiniebra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. C.A. Momo Sampler's Felix Tiniebra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save C.A. Momo Sampler from getting a goal against them. After having played for 31 minutes, Americo Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Momo Sampler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to BUENOS AIRES F. C. getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Victorino Rexino hit a great ball. After 40 minutes of play, C.A. Momo Sampler's Rodolfo Hunfredo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gonzalo Fidele was left in no man's land by his defense there! C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A. Momo Sampler were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Orlando Bilintx stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Hunfredo in the 54th minute of play forced BUENOS AIRES F. C.'s goalkeeper Gonzalo Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Hunfredo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gonzalo Fidele having to make a save. Felix Tiniebra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pedro Romo in the 65th minute of the match. BUENOS AIRES F. C.'s Gonzalo Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Dalmau in the 68th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, C.A. Momo Sampler's Rodolfo Hunfredo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gonzalo Fidele narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eleuterio Ignazio took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Felix Tiniebra. Felix Tiniebra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Americo Dalmau in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gonzalo Fidele, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Felix Tiniebra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Romo, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. The audience was convinced that Pedro Romo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Felix Tiniebra was relentless in the 86th minute of the game. After having played for 88 minutes, Americo Dalmau managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Momo Sampler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Americo Dalmau was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in BUENOS AIRES F. C.'s zone, Rodolfo Hunfredo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gonzalo Fidele came out of the goal and Rodolfo Hunfredo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Americo Dalmau had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Despite being the better team, C.A. Momo Sampler failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
