When the match had gone on for 8 minutes, Wojciech Penkalski took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Andreas Meynen to make any attempt to save it. Andreas Meynen made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alex von Ancken in the 16th minute. Pierre-Joseph Prüm kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Thommy Baboeuf hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. After 27 played minutes All Stars Gent got a freekick which was hit by Silvain Kerkhofs. Van Heden's late challenge caught a All Stars Gent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Van Heden helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of All Stars Gent booed when Bay Harbor Butchers was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Van Heden didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pierre-Joseph Prüm charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pierre-Joseph Prüm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 34 played minutes Bay Harbor Butchers got a freekick which was hit by Pierre-Joseph Prüm. 36 minutes into the match, Bay Harbor Butchers's goal looked a bit too open when Rachmiel Van Meenen came free, but Bodo Descoteaux reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex von Ancken scored 2-0 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Meynen, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bodo Descoteaux showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachmiel Van Meenen in the 43rd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Rachmiel Van Meenen made a precise shot to the right of Bodo Descoteaux. Bay Harbor Butchers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1.

Bodo Descoteaux made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Guido Dhondt sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guido Dhondt got free with Bodo Descoteaux in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Andreas Meynen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alex von Ancken in the 68th minute of the match. A collision led to All Stars Gent getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Steffe Pancken hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Guido Dhondt managed to get in a good position for a shot. All Stars Gent's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Dhondt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bodo Descoteaux breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachmiel Van Meenen in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bodo Descoteaux saved Bay Harbor Butchers from getting behind. Steffe Pancken, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. All Stars Gent's Rachmiel Van Meenen was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 90th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Steffe Pancken was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 94th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. All Stars Gent succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Bay Harbor Butchers had controlled the match.
