Hugh Berry hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Lloyd McIlvride fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maido Rammul having to interfere. Lloyd McIlvride received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Maido Rammul tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fc Meremõisa's Maido Rammul played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugh Berry in the 15th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Fc Meremõisa's goal looked a bit too open when Lloyd McIlvride came free, but Maido Rammul reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Fc Meremõisa's Kuldar Klaabu got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 26th match minute, Fc Meremõisa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Helari Vaigurand to maneuver through the defense. After 28 played minutes Racing Club Celtic got a freekick which was hit by Paddy McNeur. The supporters of Racing Club Celtic booed when Fc Meremõisa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Helari Vaigurand didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 32 minutes, Gordon McIntyre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Racing Club Celtic and the Fc Meremõisa players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Heigo Redi got free with Craig Gordon in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lloyd McIlvride in the 44th minute of play forced Fc Meremõisa's goalkeeper Maido Rammul to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th match minute, Fc Meremõisa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kuldar Klaabu to maneuver through the defense. The Fc Meremõisa players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Racing Club Celtic were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Kuldar Müürsepp made the kick off in the second half. Craig Gordon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kuldar Müürsepp in the 67th minute of play. In the 75th minute, Racing Club Celtic's Hugh Berry ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maido Rammul. Maido Rammul yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. 80 minutes into the match, Racing Club Celtic's goal looked a bit too open when Kuldar Müürsepp came free, but Craig Gordon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kuldar Müürsepp in the 84th minute of play forced Racing Club Celtic's goalkeeper Craig Gordon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Racing Club Celtic's Henry Gibb got a free kick in the 87th minute. In the 88th minute, Helari Vaigurand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Ants Isu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fc Meremõisa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ants Isu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Racing Club Celtic walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
