With a little luck, Agro Imortal's David Seaman got control of the ball when Dominik Pyrtek tried to sneak it across the goal line. 40 minutes into the game, Jan Galus threw the ball into play from the sideline. Agro Imortal's Gerson Laguna quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Dominik Pyrtek scored 1-0 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Seaman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Flávio Siqueira to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Agro Imortal defense, Gabriel Urti kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Seaman. The Agro Imortal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Seaman should have stopped the shot. David Seaman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dominik Pyrtek, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. In the 61st match minute, Kernsdorf SSA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Kiepski to maneuver through the defense. Kernsdorf SSA made a substitution. Hieronim Skikiewicz replaced Dominik Pyrtek. Kernsdorf SSA's Leszek Gaszynski was substituted for Zbyszek Cizeski. Agro Imortal's Raphael Nunes was substituted for Hélio Ferreira. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gergin Rinkov in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Seaman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the referee ended the match the Kernsdorf SSA players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
