The supporters of The Shadows booed when CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amílcar Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yunus-Emre Cinkara came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by The Shadows's Jiang Mo Wen. In the 17th minute, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Vivaldo Rego ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Marcos Basso. Marcos Basso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. When The Shadows's Herbert Holmgren in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goalie prevented a goal. 23 minutes into the match, The Shadows's goalkeeper Marcos Basso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vivaldo Rego. In the 27th minute Vivaldo Rego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Basso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yunus-Emre Cinkara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Mattsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yunus-Emre Cinkara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jiang Mo Wen in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in The Shadows's zone, Auttanapadi Mishra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Basso came out of the goal and Auttanapadi Mishra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Shadows's Marcos Basso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Neno Nozharov in the 38th minute of play. Marcos Basso was out of position in the 40 minute of play, and Neno Nozharov capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Neno Nozharov really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. Yunus-Emre Cinkara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Mattsson in the 46th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 95th minute, Diego Quadros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-1. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of The Shadows for a fine match.
