The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Uxio Torralba made a fantastic save in the 2nd minute, when Vincente Sánchez sent off a good shot on target. Uxio Torralba was a little too slow when Vincente Sánchez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. The throw-in from Fagildo Botas in the 8th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Real Cartagena's Isadoro Bullido. When Real Cartagena's Constantin Istrătescu in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Soccer Ball One's goalie prevented a goal. 15 minutes into the match, Vincente Sánchez notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Soccer Ball One's Uxio Torralba. Uxio Torralba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Vincente Sánchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vincente Sánchez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Uxio Torralba made a huge save. 22 minutes into the game, Real Cartagena's Vincente Sánchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uxio Torralba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Alfredo Aguilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matteo Esqueda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uxio Torralba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Vincente Sánchez's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 29th minute of the game. One of Soccer Ball One:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Real Cartagena:s goal. In the 31st minute there was a penalty for Real Cartagena. Silvestre Liendo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Uxio Torralba. 5-0. In the 33rd minute, Vincente Sánchez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Uxio Torralba was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. After a rather tough play, Soccer Ball One's Xzavion Tebar got a free kick in the 36th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Vincente Sánchez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Cartagena's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincente Sánchez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Uxio Torralba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Uxio Torralba was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Vincente Sánchez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 7-0 in the 44 minute of play. Alfredo Aguilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gagriel Ariño, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 7-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vincente Sánchez was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lekubegi Almirall in the 55th minute of play forced Soccer Ball One's goalkeeper Uxio Torralba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vincente Sánchez might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uxio Torralba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vincente Sánchez ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lekubegi Almirall in the 61st minute of play forced Soccer Ball One's goalkeeper Uxio Torralba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Real Cartagena's Alfredo Aguilar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Real Cartagena from getting a goal against them. Soccer Ball One's Uxio Torralba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lekubegi Almirall in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vincente Sánchez in the 66th minute of play forced Soccer Ball One's goalkeeper Uxio Torralba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uxio Torralba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lekubegi Almirall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Uxio Torralba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincente Sánchez in the 69th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Soccer Ball One defense, Vincente Sánchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uxio Torralba. The Soccer Ball One fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uxio Torralba should have stopped the shot. Eguzki Quintairos kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Vincente Sánchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uxio Torralba. Soccer Ball One's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vincente Sánchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 9-0. In the 83rd minute, Vincente Sánchez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Real Cartagena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. Real Cartagena made a substitution. Osvaldo Campanero replaced Lekubegi Almirall. After some careless play in the Soccer Ball One defense, Vincente Sánchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uxio Torralba. The Soccer Ball One fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uxio Torralba should have stopped the shot. When Vincente Sánchez came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Real Cartagena fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vincente Sánchez couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Soccer Ball One's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Campanero came free, but Uxio Torralba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 95 minutes into the game, Real Cartagena's Vincente Sánchez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Uxio Torralba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 12-0. Real Cartagena's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
