The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Resto Romaza was the one to do the kick off. Chapicuy's Resto Romaza got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Resto Romaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Maguna's defense didn't have a chance, in the 59th minute, when Matxin Dicastillo scored to the left of an out of position Uxio Vial, making the score, 0-1. If Matxin Dicastillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute of the match, Resto Romaza tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Uxio Vial saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Beat Alfebra's late challenge caught a Chapicuy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beat Alfebra helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Chapicuy booed when Maguna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Beat Alfebra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Resto Romaza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teofilo Inclan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pagomari Prego in the 96th minute of play. Nelio Belorado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chapicuy's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
