When Ramon Filipo, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Aristides Elija was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Olof Åström might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Videl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Olof Åström ran back to his position shaking his head. Benito Videl showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Lander in the 64th minute of the match. Olof Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Asamblo's Aristides Elija proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Asamblo from getting a goal against them. If Ceferino Bastiaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Henrich Golden came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Asamblo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henrich Golden couldn't finish the play. Aristides Elija showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Dimo in the 95th minute of the match. Asamblo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
