Spectators: 7238 (Terracing: 5430, Seating: 1665, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cayetano Weather started the match with the kick off. Eusebio Nesor was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Vicente Hernando made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Saul Mergildo sent off a good shot on target. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind DANTE LA BANCA FC's goalkeeper Vicente Hernando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vicente Hernando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Nesor in the 12th minute of play. If Cayetano Weather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the match, Artemio Estebano notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Marull's Esteve Osoitz. Esteve Osoitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eusebio Nesor was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Marull's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. 31 minutes into the match, Marull's Eusebio Nesor sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vicente Hernando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Nesor in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Hernando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in DANTE LA BANCA FC's zone, Ubaldo Peio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Hernando came out of the goal and Ubaldo Peio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Marull's Eusebio Nesor, in the 38th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Marull. After 42 minutes of play, Marull's Saul Mergildo made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vicente Hernando was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 47 played minutes Marull got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Nesor.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebio Nesor to make the kick off. Cayetano Weather received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Esteve Osoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 57 minutes into the game, Pedro Ibar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DANTE LA BANCA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Marull the free kick. 56 minutes into the game, one of DANTE LA BANCA FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. DANTE LA BANCA FC's Vicente Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Nesor in the 63rd minute of play. Eusebio Nesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Marull's Saul Mergildo in the 69th minute got a chance for a shot 69th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. DANTE LA BANCA FC's Vicente Hernando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Nesor in the 82nd minute of play. Saul Mergildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Javier Jon managed to get in a good position for a shot. DANTE LA BANCA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Javier Jon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Osoitz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Esteve Osoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Weather in the 87th minute of play. Eusebio Nesor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Hernando having to interfere. Saul Mergildo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Vicente Hernando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Esteve Osoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Weather, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Cayetano Weather had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There was no doubt that Marull were the better team. Marull's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
