Spectators: 7213 (Terracing: 5411, Seating: 1659, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dante Lastur kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Saul Mergildo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Marull's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Mergildo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Segundo Frisco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 5 minutes, Eusebio Nesor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Marull's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eusebio Nesor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Segundo Frisco having to interfere. 11 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Pirro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marull's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Altillo the free kick. Ildefonso Pirro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Santo Mikelar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Marull's goalkeeper Esteve Osoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Santo Mikelar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Marull's Saul Mergildo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Segundo Frisco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Nesor made a kick off. Altillo's Segundo Frisco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eusebio Nesor in the 52nd minute of play. If Saul Mergildo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eusebio Nesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Segundo Frisco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eusebio Nesor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 64th minute, Gustavo Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Israel Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. Segundo Frisco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Mergildo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Esteve Osoitz came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Altillo's Santo Mikelar. But to his dismay, Santo Mikelar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 78 minutes, Everardo Xabier mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Altillo and the Marull players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 78 played minutes Altillo got a freekick which was hit by Everardo Xabier. After a rather tough play, Marull's Leon Pirmin got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute of the match Israel Claude sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Esteve Osoitz skillfully saved the ball. In the 87th minute, Everardo Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 88th minute of the match Teo Ostots sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Segundo Frisco skillfully saved the ball. 93 minutes into the game, Altillo's Santo Mikelar nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteve Osoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Altillo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
