Spectators: 8056 (Terracing: 6043, Seating: 1853, VIP seats: 160) After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Gwydre Brogan managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Lab's supporters rose to their feet, but Gwydre Brogan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Peredur Farmer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Peredur Farmer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Berwyn Leech, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 9th match minute, Owls III was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amynedd Driscoll to maneuver through the defense. Berwyn Leech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peredur Farmer having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gwydre Brogan in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Peredur Farmer saved Owls III from getting behind. When Anir Ordinary fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Owls III's protests and gave Anir Ordinary a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Corcoran in the 25th minute of play forced FC Lab's goalkeeper Drwst Knight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Owls III getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Puw Coulson hit a great ball. Gwydre Brogan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peredur Farmer having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Owls III's zone, Gwydre Brogan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Peredur Farmer came out of the goal and Gwydre Brogan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Reese Crowner charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reese Crowner the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Owls III's Reese Crowner got a free kick in the 36th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Puw Coulson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Owls III's supporters crossed their fingers, but Puw Coulson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Corcoran in the 47th minute of play forced FC Lab's goalkeeper Drwst Knight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gwydre Brogan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, FC Lab was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gwallawg Conyers to maneuver through the defense. Drwst Knight took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cai Corcoran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute of the match Nodens Bateson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Peredur Farmer showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Bradwen Edwards could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Peredur Farmer however easily saved by the left post. Peredur Farmer came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by FC Lab's Berwyn Leech. But to his dismay, Berwyn Leech quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 77th minute, Gwern Alvey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Puw Coulson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Drwst Knight tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Lab's Awstin Lavars got a free kick in the 81st minute. Berwyn Leech fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Peredur Farmer having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Cai Corcoran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Drwst Knight saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Drwst Knight showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Puw Coulson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. FC Lab's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
