With a little luck, Steinegg's Wolfgang Graichen got control of the ball when Caspar Zander tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 19th minute, Caspar Zander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Wolfgang Graichen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. If James Cyperrek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pieter Schubert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wolfgang Graichen having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pieter Schubert to make the kick off. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 3-0 when Caspar Zander sped through Steinegg's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wolfgang Graichen. Wolfgang Graichen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pieter Schubert's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After 80 played minutes Steinegg got a freekick which was hit by Benedikt Jakobi. In the 91st minute Caspar Zander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wolfgang Graichen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Caspar Zander in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wolfgang Graichen prevented the ball from getting in the gole. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Bettenhagen fully deserved thier win.
