The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Marek Hirsch got the match started through his kick off. The supporters of GKS Witosa booed when Oliver FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Wollenweber didn't get a good kick on the ball. 3 minutes into the game, Dan Paun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Oliver FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave GKS Witosa the free kick. In the 4th minute, Dan Paun hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marek Hirsch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Remo de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dolf Slütters in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luciano Aurken saved GKS Witosa from getting behind. A collision led to GKS Witosa getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Ole Lammertz hit a great ball. Gerald Hüsken kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. Gerald Hüsken received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Remo de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dolf Slütters kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Remo de Toledo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marek Hirsch in the 23rd minute. Remo de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Heinrich Dietz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remo de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Heinrich Dietz in the 28th minute of the match. Heinrich Dietz did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Remo de Toledo 37 minutes into the match. Marek Hirsch took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remo de Toledo. Remo de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 44 minutes into the game, Heinrich Dietz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Remo de Toledo. Heinrich Dietz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dolf Slütters was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dolf Slütters in the 52nd minute of play forced GKS Witosa's goalkeeper Luciano Aurken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Oliver FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Oskar Wollenweber hit a great ball. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Oliver FC's goalkeeper Remo de Toledo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Remo de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerald Hüsken, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Marek Hirsch scored 4-0 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Remo de Toledo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 72nd match minute, GKS Witosa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Till Schröder to maneuver through the defense.
