Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Napoleon Fronczak got the match started through his kick off. The nice shot from Andrew Murdock in the 3rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Kazimierz Czekaj had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. 4 minutes into the match, FC Zalesie Górne's Wit Bochinski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Leese narrowly saved just below the crossbar. FC Zalesie Górne were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after 14. Mace Menace's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Feliks Zdanowicz took the corner. 8 minutes into the match, 14. Mace Menace's Andrew Murdock sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kazimierz Czekaj narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 14. Mace Menace's Paul Leese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Fronczak in the 11th minute of play. David Ward struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Kazimierz Czekaj didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 14. Mace Menace. When FC Zalesie Górne's Napoleon Fronczak in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 14. Mace Menace's Paul Leese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Fronczak in the 22nd minute of play. Napoleon Fronczak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Paul Leese tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, FC Zalesie Górne's Kazimierz Czekaj got control of the ball when Andrew Murdock tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kazimierz Czekaj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Murdock in the 30th minute of play. Napoleon Fronczak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paul Leese having to interfere. After having played for 33 minutes, Andrew Murdock managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 14. Mace Menace's supporters crossed their fingers, but Andrew Murdock was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute, 14. Mace Menace's Derek Williams seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Derek Williams the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of 14. Mace Menace protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Derek Williams had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 34th minute, one of 14. Mace Menace:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for 14. Mace Menace. 36 minutes into the game, FC Zalesie Górne's Napoleon Fronczak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paul Leese made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. If Wit Bochinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Wincent Czajkowski fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Zalesie Górne's protests and gave Wincent Czajkowski a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of 14. Mace Menace booed when FC Zalesie Górne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wincent Czajkowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half FC Zalesie Górne were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
The audience thought a goal was coming when Wit Bochinski got free with Paul Leese in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In a very dangerous position, a player in 14. Mace Menace fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 59th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 61 minutes, FC Zalesie Górne's Napoleon Fronczak got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Paul Leese. After a defensive mix-up in 14. Mace Menace's zone, Wit Bochinski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Leese came out of the goal and Wit Bochinski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 14. Mace Menace's Paul Leese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Napoleon Fronczak in the 70th minute of play. If David Ward had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wit Bochinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paul Leese having to make a save. In the 77th minute Steven Deakin suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. After 78 minutes, Lech Waldoch mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Zalesie Górne and the 14. Mace Menace players grew even worse after the yellow card. 14. Mace Menace's Kevin Teale was substituted for Steven Deakin. Paul Leese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Napoleon Fronczak in the 82nd minute of play. David Ward sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wit Bochinski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Paul Leese made a huge save. After 91 minutes, Konrad Fiszer mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Zalesie Górne and the 14. Mace Menace players grew even worse after the yellow card. Konrad Fiszer kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, FC Zalesie Górne's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Teale came free, but Kazimierz Czekaj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 14. Mace Menace's Kevin Teale got a good chance for a goal in the 98th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
