In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind River Plate's goalkeeper Erasmo Ponc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind ALL RAVENS's goalkeeper Cristian Venerando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. River Plate's Erasmo Ponc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to save River Plate from getting a goal against them. Honorato Ignazio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Erasmo Ponc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Honorato Ignazio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Erasmo Ponc made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gogo Gelacio in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristian Venerando saved ALL RAVENS from getting behind. The supporters of ALL RAVENS booed when River Plate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Ebardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ALL RAVENS's zone, Gogo Gelacio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristian Venerando came out of the goal and Gogo Gelacio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 36 minutes into the match, ALL RAVENS's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Gelacio came free, but Cristian Venerando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Honorio Seber from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Erasmo Ponc's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, ALL RAVENS's Mateo Txartiko got a free kick in the 40th minute. Honorato Ignazio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half River Plate were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gogo Gelacio was the one to do the kick off. If Gogo Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 52 minutes of play, River Plate's Ciro Urtungo made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cristian Venerando was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gogo Gelacio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Honorato Ignazio fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ALL RAVENS's protests and gave Honorato Ignazio a yellow card for diving instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateo Txartiko during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 70 minutes into the match, Ciro Urtungo notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of ALL RAVENS's Cristian Venerando. Cristian Venerando was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristian Venerando didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ciro Urtungo went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the match, River Plate's Victorio Loramendi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristian Venerando narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ALL RAVENS's Cristian Venerando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Gelacio in the 78th minute of play. Erasmo Ponc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Honorato Ignazio, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Gelacio in the 89th minute of play forced ALL RAVENS's goalkeeper Cristian Venerando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in River Plate's zone, Honorato Ignazio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Ponc came out of the goal and Honorato Ignazio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match was over River Plate could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than ALL RAVENS throughout the match.
