Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hans Svensson got the match started through his kick off. Jonas Hägert kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. In the 3rd minute, Melchester Rovers's Roger Sandwall ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Göran Bruhn. Göran Bruhn yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. After 9 played minutes Arktis BoIS got a freekick which was hit by Helge Blomqvist. 11 minutes into the match, Melchester Rovers's Hans Svensson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Göran Bruhn narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Göran Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Jörgen Byström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arktis BoIS's Göran Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans Svensson in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Hans Svensson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Göran Bruhn. Hans Svensson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. Göran Bruhn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hans Svensson's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Melchester Rovers's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ian Ekenberg in the 24th minute. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Brian Strömberg advanced and headed the ball into goal, 4-0 in the 25th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Roger Sandwall managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melchester Rovers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Sandwall was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Melchester Rovers's Hans Svensson in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arktis BoIS's goalie prevented a goal. When the match clock showed 35 minutes, the score became 5-0 when Hans Svensson sped through Arktis BoIS's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Göran Bruhn. After some careless play in the Arktis BoIS defense, Jörgen Byström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Göran Bruhn. The Arktis BoIS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Göran Bruhn should have stopped the shot. Göran Bruhn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Örjan Kvick in the 46th minute of the match. Hans Svensson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Göran Bruhn came out and tried to block the shot, but Hans Svensson slotted it home off the left post making it 8-0 in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 8-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicklas Almstedt was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Roger Sandwall left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Melchester Rovers fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. When Melchester Rovers's Hans Svensson in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arktis BoIS's goalie prevented a goal. The Melchester Rovers fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Melchester Rovers's Roger Sandwall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 63 minutes into the game, Roger Sandwall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 11-0. Göran Bruhn was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Melchester Rovers booed when Arktis BoIS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Hägert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Ian Ekenberg came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Melchester Rovers fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ian Ekenberg couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Svensson in the 73rd minute of play forced Arktis BoIS's goalkeeper Göran Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hans Svensson in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Göran Bruhn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 80 minutes, Örjan Kvick managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Melchester Rovers's supporters crossed their fingers, but Örjan Kvick was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 84 minutes of play, Melchester Rovers's Örjan Kvick made it 13-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Göran Bruhn was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 87th minute, Hans Svensson made a precise shot to the right of Göran Bruhn. Arktis BoIS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. After 90 minutes, Hans Svensson made it 15-0 with a short kick to the right side. Arktis BoIS's Göran Bruhn tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Göran Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans Svensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When Melchester Rovers's Hans Svensson in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Arktis BoIS's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Melchester Rovers fully deserved thier win.
