Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ciro Gau started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Atlanta got a freekick which was hit by Abelardo Oxarra. Feliciano Domiku took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Wilfredo Fernanco. Atlanta's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ciro Gau sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Ernestina's Feliciano Domiku got a free kick in the 18th minute. Atlanta's Adolfo Abajas couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 19th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ernestina. Ernestina's Ciro Gau suffered a sore thigh after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 22 minutes, Humberto Beltxe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atlanta and the Ernestina players grew even worse after the yellow card. 22 minutes into the game, one of Atlanta:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Wilfredo Fernanco, was totally fooled by Ernestina's Oscar Enaut, who 24 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlanta's goalkeeper Wilfredo Fernanco, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute Inocencio Orland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wilfredo Fernanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teofilo Monico's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 33rdth minute, Wilfredo Fernanco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 34 minutes, Eduardo Koldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ernestina's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Koldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rodolfo Ciceron hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Teofilo Monico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Wilfredo Fernanco having to interfere. Inocencio Orland blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo Fernanco having to make a save. If Teofilo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Inocencio Orland came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the Ernestina fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Orland couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Israel Alvarez made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Monico in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Fernanco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 54th minute, Teofilo Monico made a precise shot to the right of Wilfredo Fernanco. Atlanta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Teofilo Monico blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Wilfredo Fernanco having to make a save. Ernestina's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Leonardo Sendoa scored to the left of an out of position Adrian Gabon, making the score, 2-1. After 74 minutes of play, Atlanta's Leonardo Sendoa made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adrian Gabon was left in no man's land by his defense there! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teofilo Monico in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Wilfredo Fernanco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Teofilo Monico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Atlanta's Guido Gauargi got a free kick in the 85th minute. If Leonardo Sendoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilfredo Fernanco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Honrio in the 95th minute of play. Ernestina were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
