Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Viktor Nilsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Patrick Armstrong was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Viktor Nilsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrick Armstrong read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. ManagerZone Crew's Peter Linkhorst got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Armstrong dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. If Fernan Garoa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when Sinsacote AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Gonsalvo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Grigore Costin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Robert Ununger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ManagerZone Crew players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sinsacote AFC were winning 0-3.

In the 53rd minute, Cafu dos Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Grigore Costin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Ununger in the 54th minute of the match. 56 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Thierry Henri came free, but Patrick Armstrong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sinsacote AFC's Grigore Costin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Ununger in the 57th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cafu dos Santos in the 61st minute of play. Thorsten Dietz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. If Viktor Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernan Garoa's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernan Garoa helped the player get up and apologised. Fernan Garoa hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65thth minute of the game Peter Linkhorst who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sinsacote AFC's Grigore Costin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernan Garoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Patrick Armstrong tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernan Garoa was shown his second yellow card after 80 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Sinsacote AFC's Fernan Garoa got a free kick in the 81st minute. Sinsacote AFC's Octavio Quico was substituted for Thierry Henri. 89 minutes into the game, Adrian Våleman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. Grigore Costin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sinsacote AFC's Octavio Quico got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Sinsacote AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sinsacote AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
