To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eleuterio Joachim kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Venancio Guib's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Llorenc was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Freddy Benat took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Simon Llorenc. Simon Llorenc dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. In the 21st match minute, Caricancha was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Rafel to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Guib received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Caricancha were furious when Lino Sanchez was red carded, 35 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Caricancha:s Simon Llorenc showed great skill when he stopped Erubiel Theobald:s penalty. Freddy Benats short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Simon Llorenc to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Simon Llorenc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Venancio Guib, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Freddy Benat to strike the kick off in the second half. Caricancha's Simon Llorenc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Venancio Guib in the 91st minute of play. Venancio Guib blasted a shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Simon Llorenc having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Benat in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simon Llorenc saved Caricancha from getting behind.
