After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Kasey Guerra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bron SK 1959's supporters rose to their feet, but Kasey Guerra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roger Myles breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Trey Abrams was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bron SK 1959's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Illinois Bluewaters the free kick. 17 minutes into the game, Philip Diaz threw the ball into play from the sideline. Bron SK 1959's Franklin Gorman quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kasey Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Roger Myles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Bron SK 1959's Sherwood Mercer got control of the ball when Danilo Maranhense tried to sneak it across the goal line. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Bron SK 1959's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. 冯永宽 was slow to take the kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by 冯永宽 in the 95th minute of play forced Bron SK 1959's goalkeeper Sherwood Mercer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Danilo Maranhense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Illinois Bluewaters walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
