When Roji-Negros's Erubiel Telesforo in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Roulet's goalie prevented a goal. Erubiel Telesforo might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Mendiko. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Erubiel Telesforo ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 35th minute Erubiel Telesforo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Mendiko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Hugo Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Piorno to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ramiro Piorno in the 52nd minute of play. Marcos Mendiko was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ramiro Piorno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-1 in the 55 minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Gogo Benino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roulet's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Roji-Negros the free kick. After a rather tough play, Roulet's Gogo Benino got a free kick in the 60th minute. Erubiel Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Erubiel Telesforo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Marcos Mendiko made a huge save. If Erubiel Telesforo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Cordarrel hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The long shot by Igor Matthew in the 76th minute really tested Marcos Mendiko's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. During the 76th minute of the match Gogo Benino completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Gogo Benino a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Roulet's Gogo Benino got a free kick in the 77th minute. Erubiel Telesforo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 78th playminute. Guido Gabon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Ruperto Rey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruperto Rey came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Roulet's Guido Gabon. But to his dismay, Guido Gabon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Ruperto Rey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guido Gabon in the 89th minute of the match. Roji-Negros's Ramiro Piorno got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 92 minutes, Erubiel Jobo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Roulet and the Roji-Negros players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 92nd match minute, Roulet was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erubiel Jobo to maneuver through the defense. Erubiel Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Roulet supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Roji-Negros's performance. The match ended with a win for Roji-Negros.
