Edgardo Valentine received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Christer Pe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute of the match MOE SATIVA got a corner. El Hombre Tinta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ildefonso Hanot ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a defensive mix-up in El Hombre Tinta's zone, Darío Benedetto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fausto Honesto came out of the goal and Darío Benedetto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Darío Benedetto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to El Hombre Tinta getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Juan Illart hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Luis Vásquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fausto Honesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gogo Frisco hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match.

The wind increased when Luis Vásquez made the kick off in the second half. El Hombre Tinta's Fausto Honesto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Vásquez in the 53rd minute of play. Ildefonso Hanot kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Christer Pe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Valente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edgardo Valentine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Erasmo Roldanillo during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 70 minutes, Dario Javiar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Hombre Tinta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dario Javiar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Luis Vásquez struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Fausto Honesto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MOE SATIVA. Fausto Honesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darío Benedetto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute, Edgardo Valentine fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Edgardo Valentine was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dario Javiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Darío Benedetto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fausto Honesto having to interfere. MOE SATIVA's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
