Spectators: 143 (Terracing: 108, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enio Gaúcho yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Wilfredo Ritchie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ronaldo Couto kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Enio Gaúcho successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 27th minute, Hipolito Elequemedo made a precise shot to the right of Enio Gaúcho. SOL's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Academia Club's goalkeeper Hermengildo Arotza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hermengildo Arotza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luiz Paulo de Mendonça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enio Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Elequemedo in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to SOL getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Ronaldo Couto hit a great ball. In the 46th minute, SOL's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eugenio Ugutz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Cipriano Corderun scored 3-0 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enio Gaúcho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 59 minutes, Aloísio Ferreira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SOL and the Academia Club players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 59th minute, Aloísio Ferreira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hipolito Elequemedo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the game, Luiz Paulo de Mendonça recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hermengildo Arotza. Luiz Paulo de Mendonça showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. In the 68th minute Cipriano Corderun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enio Gaúcho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simão Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. The supporters of Academia Club booed when SOL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aloísio Ferreira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cipriano Corderun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enio Gaúcho having to interfere. Enio Gaúcho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Elequemedo in the 80th minute of play. Jânio Ferreira was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes SOL got a freekick which was hit by Jânio Ferreira. Academia Club's Javier Fero got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eugenio Ugutz scored 4-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enio Gaúcho, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
