In the 11th minute, AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Chu Tano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Talento Futebol clube's Basílio Britto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahmat Mangkulangit in the 13th minute of play. When Gilmar Baptista fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talento Futebol clube's protests and gave Gilmar Baptista a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Rahmat Mangkulangit made a precise shot to the right of Basílio Britto. Talento Futebol clube's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Chu Tano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 29 minutes, Chu Tano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Talento Futebol clube and the AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Talento Futebol clube's Chu Tano got a free kick in the 29th minute. Chu Tano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Timmy Napitupulu made a huge save. Chu Tano hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Timmy Napitupulu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC's Timmy Napitupulu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute Luizão Viana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Timmy Napitupulu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chu Tano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 44thth minute, Timmy Napitupulu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Fernando Valle made a kick off. Basílio Britto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hendri Sutha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tora Giro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 61stth minute tested the skills of Basílio Britto when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chu Tano in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Timmy Napitupulu saved AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC from getting behind. In the 71st minute, Chu Tano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tora Giro hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. A collision led to AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Hendri Sutha hit a great ball. Luizão Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 76 minutes into the game, Chu Tano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Timmy Napitupulu was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC booed when Talento Futebol clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Guerra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Basílio Britto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tora Giro in the 80th minute. After 82 played minutes AL TAQWA VILLAGE FC got a freekick which was hit by Hendri Sutha. Rony Macedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 84th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Timmy Napitupulu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Adrianto kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Tora Giro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 91st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Basílio Britto. Talento Futebol clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.
