The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Olaf Lichniak was a little too slow when Stefan Bulkiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 5th minute. The score was now 1-0. In the 8th minute, Lech Sanocki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Chowaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Olaf Lichniak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olaf Lichniak was a little too slow when Stefan Bulkiewicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 14th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 17th minute, AS Monaco FC's Stanislaw Zurawski dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. Dominik Hryc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstanty Walaszkiewicz in the 21st minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Kolembród Jasło's goal looked a bit too open when Stanislaw Zurawski came free, but Olaf Lichniak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of AS Monaco FC booed when Kolembród Jasło was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Czeslaw Golota didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute of the match, Stanislaw Zurawski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Olaf Lichniak saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Olaf Lichniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefan Bulkiewicz in the 44th minute of play. Olaf Lichniak made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Teobald Prokowski sent off a good shot on target. In the 46th minute, Czeslaw Golota hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stanislaw Zurawski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th match minute, AS Monaco FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stanislaw Zurawski to maneuver through the defense. Olaf Lichniak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stanislaw Zurawski in the 56th minute of play. Radomil Ochylski kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Olaf Lichniak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tobiasz Chowaniec, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in AS Monaco FC's zone, Mieszko Byczewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dominik Hryc came out of the goal and Mieszko Byczewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stanislaw Zurawski in the 71st minute of play forced Kolembród Jasło's goalkeeper Olaf Lichniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 71 played minutes Kolembród Jasło got a freekick which was hit by Czeslaw Golota. Stanislaw Zurawski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olaf Lichniak having to interfere. Kolembród Jasło made a substitution. Radoslaw Ankiewicz replaced Zygmunt Chrobak. In the 76th minute, Tobiasz Chowaniec got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute Stanislaw Zurawski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olaf Lichniak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Tobiasz Chowaniec had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olaf Lichniak. Kolembród Jasło's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tobiasz Chowaniec was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 86th minute, Stanislaw Zurawski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AS Monaco FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. 91 minutes into the game, Tobiasz Chowaniec cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Olaf Lichniak was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tobiasz Chowaniec in the 95th minute of play forced Kolembród Jasło's goalkeeper Olaf Lichniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
