Spectators: 7174 (Terracing: 5382, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 142) Zacarias Modestio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Diego Valerio having to interfere. The supporters of Chorrillos booed when Maurito FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgardo Bieito didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Rosendo Haimar sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Maurito FC's Diego Valerio didn't even have to move. In the 10th minute Edgardo Bieito shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Valerio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Oxarra in the 16th minute of play. Adolfo Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. 29 minutes into the match, Maurito FC's goalkeeper Diego Valerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Modestio. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zacarias Modestio got free with Diego Valerio in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a defensive mix-up in Maurito FC's zone, Zacarias Modestio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Diego Valerio came out of the goal and Zacarias Modestio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Diego Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Primitivo Oxarra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 37 minutes into the match, Chorrillos's Primitivo Oxarra sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Diego Valerio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Adolfo Jakue came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Maurito FC's Tadeo Guzman. But to his dismay, Tadeo Guzman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Maurito FC's Pascual Beltxe got a free kick in the 43rd minute. The Chorrillos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maurito FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Tadeo Guzman made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Chorrillos's Adolfo Jakue got control of the ball when Pascual Beltxe tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Maurito FC defense, Primitivo Oxarra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Diego Valerio. The Maurito FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Diego Valerio should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Primitivo Oxarra managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chorrillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Primitivo Oxarra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Valerio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tadeo Guzman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Adolfo Jakue having to make a save. Adolfo Jakue showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Guzman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. With a little luck, Chorrillos's Adolfo Jakue got control of the ball when Arnaldo Videl tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 79th minute, Maurito FC's Arnaldo Videl dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. After 85 played minutes Maurito FC got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Videl. When Primitivo Oxarra came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Chorrillos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Primitivo Oxarra couldn't finish the play. In the 95th match minute, Maurito FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Umea to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Maurito FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
