The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Udo Giehl took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Udo Giehl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. GKS Witosa's Luciano Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mario Neumann in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th minute, GKS Witosa's Marek Hirsch dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Luciano Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Neumann, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Abergell in the 23rd minute of play forced GKS Witosa's goalkeeper Luciano Aurken to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Heinrich Dietz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bastian Abel was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as FC Eisenberg's Luka Peters slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luciano Aurken. That made the score 1-3 after 52 minutes of play. 57 minutes into the match, GKS Witosa's goal looked a bit too open when Udo Giehl came free, but Luciano Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. GKS Witosa's Luciano Aurken proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save GKS Witosa from getting a goal against them. Bastian Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marek Hirsch in the 93rd minute of the match. Bastian Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Heinrich Dietz, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Udo Giehl received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Luciano Aurken came out and tried to block the shot, but Udo Giehl slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 95th minute. The FC Eisenberg players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
