Thanks to some nice moves Josepe Zabalo could shoot a difficult shot in the 42nd minute, which Tang Quan Yan however easily saved by the left post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nacho Hernández in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tang Quan Yan saved Pinheiros Capibaras FC from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Roman Pavlyuchenko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Jhonny Rabelo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Mihkel Aksalu saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The audience was convinced that Jhonny Rabelo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mihkel Aksalu was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. When Dep. Moron's Nacho Hernández, in the 80th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Dep. Moron.
