After 15 minutes, Honorato Orkatz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tormenta SC and the Ullún AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 19th minute, Faustino Tello got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faustino Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicasio Dabi having to interfere. Romeo Carlomagno charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Romeo Carlomagno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd match minute, Tormenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Romeo Carlomagno to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Faustino Tello managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ullún AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Faustino Tello was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicasio Dabi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 34th minute, Apolo Aznar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ramon Tallia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Tiburcio Rencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Ullún AFC defense, Apolo Aznar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tiburcio Rencio. The Ullún AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tiburcio Rencio should have stopped the shot. In the 44th match minute, Tormenta SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Tallia to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Apolo Aznar made a kick off. Apolo Aznar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Rencio having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Ullún AFC's zone, Apolo Aznar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tiburcio Rencio came out of the goal and Apolo Aznar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Hipolito Paublo fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ullún AFC's protests and gave Hipolito Paublo a yellow card for diving instead. After 70 played minutes Ullún AFC got a freekick which was hit by Hipolito Paublo. If Faustino Tello had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 82 minutes of play, Ullún AFC's Baldomero Mercurio made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicasio Dabi was left in no man's land by his defense there! 85 minutes into the game, Faustino Tello cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Nicasio Dabi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 89th minute, Honorato Orkatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Apolo Aznar might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tiburcio Rencio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Apolo Aznar ran back to his position shaking his head. 94 minutes into the match, Tormenta SC's goal looked a bit too open when Faustino Tello came free, but Nicasio Dabi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 97 played minutes Ullún AFC got a freekick which was hit by Baldomero Mercurio. For all the effort they put into the match, the Tormenta SC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ullún AFC.
